Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to room availability.
- Booking confirmation will be provided via call or WhatsApp.
- Guests must provide accurate details at the time of booking.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out timings will be informed during booking.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must vacate rooms on time to avoid extra charges.
Identification Requirement
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in. The name on the ID must match the booking details.
Guest Conduct
- Guests must maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
- Loud noise or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Disturbance to other guests may result in immediate action.
Property & Damages
Guests are responsible for maintaining the room and property. Any damage to furniture or fixtures will be chargeable.
Occupancy
The number of guests per room is limited based on room type. Additional guests require prior permission.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal activities are not allowed on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Management Rights

Liability
Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure.
