Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellations should be informed as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp.
- If cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in, no cancellation charges may apply (depending on booking type).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not inform us in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
Early Check-Out
In case of early check-out after check-in, refunds (if any) are subject to management discretion.
Changes to Booking
- Changes to booking dates or room type are subject to availability.
- Requests must be made in advance.
- Any difference in tariff due to changes will be applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on payment mode.
Management Rights
Thevarahswamy Guest Houses reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance, safety concerns, or operational reasons. Guests will be informed in advance in such cases.
